AureCove provides custom web development services including but not limited to website design, e-commerce development, web application development, POS systems, and booking platforms. All work is performed on a project-by-project basis as agreed upon between AureCove and the client.
Each project will have a clearly defined scope agreed upon before work begins. Any changes or additions to the scope may result in additional time and costs. We will communicate any such changes in advance.
Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before each project. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final delivery of files and access credentials.
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created for your project become your property. You receive 100% ownership of the source code and all related files. AureCove reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We include a reasonable number of revisions within each project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We will always communicate this clearly before proceeding.
We commit to delivering work within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by factors such as delayed client feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Post-launch support for bug fixes is provided for a reasonable period after delivery. Long-term maintenance and updates can be arranged under a separate maintenance agreement.
AureCove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
